new job sucks my anus. i am seriously considering quitting before i have completed an entire work week. ugh.
on to brighter skies...practiced again with the chicks on monday, which was fun and short-lived as saira and i left early on account of a broken piece of velcro and decided to pop in on our freshly translplanted friend emily!
finally met her boyfriend, who was incredibly sweet and nerdy with the most insane bike radio i've ever seen! it even came with schematics! also they had tropical runts or some craziness and one of the flavors was mango and it was the most delicious runt i have ever tasted. we drank some beers and imagined how much more beautiful their crack house vibey apartment will be once a little elbow grease is applied.
best part of practice was two-fold. first toni asked me if i would consider switching teams before the championship, which is enticing apart from being mezmorizingly awesome that she wants me to :) then as we were leaving and saying goodbye, she skated up to me and tugged at my shirt, saying "youre cool." this is, of course, what i texted to her in my original attempt at telling her i like her, which makes me think she definitely got the message. i am TOTALLY macking her on sunday at pickup.
also tonight is insanity at eglinton and laird...i'm hoping to get balls to the walls drunk and at least make out with someone...maybe dylan!
